Urgent need for a RN Hospice for one of our client which is a Health care

• Job Name: RN Hospice
• Job Location: Owosso, MI
• Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM(12hrs)
• Shift Notes:72 Hours Per Pay Period
• Duration of contract: PERM

Pay rate: $31.91/hour - $45.94/hour

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing or anticipated graduation within 4 months of hire date. - Required
• RN license from Michigan - Required
• BLS Certification - Required
• Previous healthcare experience - Strongly Preferred
• MI State License Required

Job Description:

• Collaborating on terminally ill patients' care with physicians, social workers, chaplains, nursing assistants, and other stakeholders.
• Preparing and adjusting patient care plans as needed.
• Frequently visiting patients to monitor vital signs and physical comfort levels.
• Performing prescribed treatments and administering pain management medications.
• Informing physicians about changes in patients' conditions.
