Urgent need for RN Hospice for one of our client which is a Health care,

• Specialty: Home Health
• Job Location: 1515 Cal Dr, Davison, MI 48423
• Shift: Nights(4:30 PM - 8:00 AM)
• No of weeks: 13
• Guaranteed hours:36 hrs

 

Pay rate: $60/hr

Job Description:

• Collaborating on terminally ill patients' care with physicians, social workers, chaplains, nursing assistants, and other stakeholders.
• Preparing and adjusting patient care plans as needed.
• Frequently visiting patients to monitor vital signs and physical comfort levels.
• Performing prescribed treatments and administering pain management medications.
• Informing physicians about changes in patients' conditions.

 

Requirements:

• 2+ Years of experience Home Health and Hospice - Required 
• Please have drivers license included in submission - Required 
• Travel - Preferred 
• Home Care Home Base - Required 
• Infusion and Wound care - Required 
• Oasis - Preferred
• BLS Required
