We are seeking an experienced Night ICU RN to deliver expert, patient-focused care to adult and occasional pediatric patients in a small rural ICU..

• Pay rate: $52/hr
• Job Location: Sweetwater, TX 79556
• Shift: Night Shift 7p-7a
• No of weeks: 13 Weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hrs
• flexible scheduling: 5 on/2 off or 2 on/5 off (negotiable)

Requirements:

• Active RN license (state-specific as required)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Prior ICU experience preferred
• Ability to work night shifts with flexible scheduling: 5 on/2 off or 2 on/5 off (negotiable)

Job Description

• Deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate critical care to ICU patients.
• Monitor and manage adult and occasional pediatric patients in a 6-bed ICU.
• Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow hospital policies and procedures.
