Job Description :

Urgent need for a Med Surg RN for one of our client which is a Medical Center,

• Job Location: Owosso, MI.
• Shift : Nights(7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)(72 Hours Per Pay Period)
• Duration of Contract: PERM
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate:  $31.91/hour - $45.94/hour

Job Description:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals.
• Evaluating medical information, as well as providing direct and individualized bedside nursing care to pre-and post-surgery patients.
• Preparing, administering and recording prescribed medications.
• Changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs.
• Adjusting specialized medical equipment as needed, as well as interpreting and recording measurements.

Position Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing or anticipated graduation within 4 months of hire date. - Required
• RN license from Michigan - Required
• BLS Certification - Required
• Previous healthcare experience - Strongly Preferred
• MI State License Required
