Urgent need for a RN - Med Surg for one of our client which is a Hospital

• Job Location: Owosso, MI 48867
• Shift: Nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
• Shift Notes: Shift Notes: 36 Hour Guarantee / Will be required to float between Med Surg/PCU/ICU or Med Surg/PCU
• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable

Pay rate: $56/hr

Job Description:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals.
• Evaluating medical information, as well as providing direct and individualized bedside nursing care to pre-and post-surgery patients.
• Preparing, administering and recording prescribed medications.
• Changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs.
• Adjusting specialized medical equipment as needed, as well as interpreting and recording measurements.

Position Requirements:

• 2+ Years of Med Surg Experience - Required
• Experience floating to ICU OR PCU - Required
• ACLS (AHA) & BLS (AHA) - Required
• Covid Vaccine - Required, exemptions allowed
• MI State license Required
