Urgent need for a Med Surg RN /Pediatric for one of our client which is a Hospital,

• Job Location:1775 Thompson Rd, Coos Bay, OR 97420.
• Shift : Days (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $65/hr

Job Description:

•  Provides holistic care for post-operative patients, including those who have had orthopedic, bariatric, urologic, or general surgical Procedures
• Assisting with activities of daily living, including fall risk management and safe patient handling
• Assisting the physician and other licensed, independent practitioners with invasive and non-invasive procedures.
• Documents patient assessments, interventions, care, and teaching in the electronic medical record.
•  Evaluates care provided, communicates patient status and results of care to the interdisciplinary team.
• Assisting the physician and other licensed, independent practitioners with invasive and non-invasive procedures.

Position Requirements:

• 2+ Years of experience - Required
• BLS & ACLS (AHA) - Required
• Recent post surgical acute care experience with orthopedic (total joint replacement, spinal, trauma, and/or bariatric surgery patients) - REQUIRED
• Covid Vaccine-Required
• OR State License Required
