**Quick Start**

We are hiring an experienced Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced hospital environment in Bakersfield, CA.

• Pay Rate: $70/hr
• Shift: Day Shift
• No of weeks: 13 Weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hrs ( No Block scheduling and will have to Float)

Requirements:

• Active California RN License (unrestricted)
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Current PALS (Pediatric Advance
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Pediatric acute care or hospital experience

Job Description:

• Deliver direct patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
• Monitor and respond to changes in pediatric patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments safely
