Job Description :

We have an urgent need for a RN (UNIT MANAGER) with our client in Santa Fe, NM 87505,

• Shifts: Days : 7:30 AM- 4:30 PM
• Duration of Contract: 9 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs/week
• Shift Note: andidates must know PCC, POC, MAR, TAR. Able to float between Skilled, LTC, and Memory Care. Able to communicate effectively, professionally, and respectfully with all team members, residents. NCNS will result in term of contract.
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $62/hr

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of '2' years experience Required
• BLS Required
• COVID Vaccine Required
• Must have NM State License.

Responsibilities:-

• Record a patient’s medical history accurately·
• Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.
• Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.
• Monitor patients’ condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient charts
• Assist ailing patients in daily necessary activities such as eating, bathing etc.
• Administer injections, prescribed medications, enemas etc., clean and dress wounds and assist with other basic medical care tasks
• Collect samples for lab testing as assigned
• Provide emotional and psychological support when needed
• Communicate with patients’ family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions
