Job Description :

We have an urgent need for a RN (UNIT MANAGER) with our client in Nursing home .

• Job Location : Moses Lake, WA 98837
• Shift: Day( 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM)
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs/week
• Note: Columbia Crest is a skilled nursing facility with a mixed population of long term care and short term rehab. We are looking for a RN nurse manager who has experience with this mixed population. The unit manager typically works Monday-Friday, but is required to be on the ON CALL weekend rotation. The nurse unit manager would also be required to work floor shifts if the need arises.

Pay Rate: $60/hr

Position Requirements:

• 2 Years of Experience Required.
• BLS Required
• COVID Vaccine Required
• Must have WA State RN License Required.

Responsibilities:-

• Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients
• Acting as a main point of contact between residents and their families
• Addressing and preventing concerns from family members
• Assists in developing, implementing and making adjustments to patient care plans as needed
• Supervises, counsels, and provides discipline when necessary, to nurse staff to ensure the highest quality care possible
