We have an urgent need for a RN (UNIT MANAGER) with our client in Nursing home.

• Job Location : Fredericksburg, VA 22405
• Shift: Day Shift (8:30 AM-4:30 PM)
• Duration of Contract: 9 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs/week
• Note: ON-CALL REQUIRED (every other weekend) Point-Click-Care training required

Pay Rate: $62/hr

Position Requirements:

• 2 Years of Supervising Experience Required.
• BLS Required
• COVID Vaccine Required
• Must have VA State RN License Required.

Responsibilities:-

• Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients
• Acting as a main point of contact between residents and their families
• Addressing and preventing concerns from family members
• Assists in developing, implementing and making adjustments to patient care plans as needed
• Supervises, counsels, and provides discipline when necessary, to nurse staff to ensure the highest quality care possible
