We have an urgent need for a RN (UNIT MANAGER) with our client in Nursing Home.

• Job Location : Milford, DE 19963.
• Shift: Day( 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM)
• Duration of Contract: 9 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs/week
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Note: Must have experience in Post-Acute Care .On-call may be required.Shift times may vary based on needs of facility, flexible hours required

Pay rate: $62/hr

Position Requirements:

• 2 Years of Experience Required.
• BLS Required
• COVID Vaccine Required
• Must have DE State RN License Required.

Responsibilities:-

• Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients
• Acting as a main point of contact between residents and their families
• Addressing and preventing concerns from family members
• Assists in developing, implementing and making adjustments to patient care plans as needed
• Supervises, counsels, and provides discipline when necessary, to nurse staff to ensure the highest quality care possible
• Ensures their unit meets federal and state regulatory standards, as well as company policies and procedures
