We have an urgent need for a RN (UNIT MANAGER) with our client in Nursing Home.

• Pay rate: $60/hr
• Job Location : Exeter, NH 03833.
• Shift: Day( 7:00 AM- 3:30 PM)
• Duration of Contract: 10 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs/week

Note: Not needed until 6/25

mandatory weekend on call rotation every 4 weeks

$1,000 completion bonus for 8 week contract.

No more than 2 call outs, and no NCNS or the bonus will be voided.

Position Requirements:

• 2 Years of Experience Required.
• BLS Required
• COVID Vaccine Required
• Must have NH State RN License Required.

Responsibilities:-

• Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients
• Acting as a main point of contact between residents and their families
• Addressing and preventing concerns from family members
• Assists in developing, implementing and making adjustments to patient care plans as needed
• Supervises, counsels, and provides discipline when necessary, to nurse staff to ensure the highest quality care possible
• Ensures their unit meets federal and state regulatory standards, as well as company policies and procedures
