Urgent need for a Radiologic Technologist - Orthopedics for one of our client which is Hospital.

• Job Location: Peterborough, NH
• Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM(8hrs)
• Duration of Contract: PERM
• Minimum years of experience: 1 years

Pay rate: $23.00 – $37.30/hr

Job Description:

• Preparing examination rooms for patient examinations.
• Administering radiopharmaceuticals to obtain clear, usable images.
• Positioning patients and equipment, explaining the procedures, and ensuring patients' comfort.
• Inserting commands and data into the computer to document and specify the scan sequences, and monitoring the video display to adjust the density or contrast.
• Monitoring patients during examinations, ensuring their safety, and following procedures to prevent unnecessary exposure to radiation.

Position Requirements:

• Registration or registry eligible with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) are required at the time of application. ARRT status must be obtained within 3-6 months of employment. Required.
• 1 year in hospital setting preferred.
• BLS Certification
• Covid Vaccination Required
