Urgent need for Registered Nurse position for one of our client which is a Hospital,

• Specialty: Med Surg Adult
• Job Location: Lawton, OK 73505
• Shift: Nights (7p-7a )
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hrs/week
• Ratio 1:5

Pay rate: $56/hr

Position Requirements:

• OK State RN Licensed Required
• Two years relevant experience preferred.
• BLS required upon hire.
• NIHSS Required

Job Description:

• Preparing, administering and recording prescribed medications. Changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs. Adjusting specialized medical equipment as needed, as well as interpreting and recording measurements. Monitoring patients' vitals and reporting adverse reactions to medications in a timely manner.
