Urgent need for RN position for one of our client which is a Hospital

• Job Name: Registered Nurse – Home Health
• Job Location: 285 South Street San Luis Obispo, CA 93401
• Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs/week
• Minimum years of experience: 1 years

Pay rate: $58/hr

Job Description:

• Administering medication to patients.
• Creating reports to track the patients' progress.
• Working with other professionals to create treatment plans.
• Cleaning and re-dressing wounds if needed.
• Measuring vital signs.

Position Requirements:

• On Call requirement: Every 3rd weekend
• Locals accepted at TR
• RN CA License in hand
• BLS/ CPR- Required
• Home Health Experience: 1 year min
• Allscripts/ NetSmart experience a plus
• COVID/FLU Exemptions permitted
• Mileage reimbursement- IRS standard
• Software: Wellsky
