Urgent need for a RN for one of our client which is a Hospital.

Job Location: 114 Wawbeek Ave Tupper Lake, NY 12986

Shift: Varied

Shift Notes: 12hr Varied Shifts CLIENT PREFERS A 48HR GUARANTEE BUTWILL CONSIDER 36

Weekend Requirements: every other weekend. Must work every Holiday as/if scheduled

Duration of Contract: 13 weeks

Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $70/hr

Job Description:

• Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports.
• Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions.
• Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Recording patient vital signs and medical information.
• Ordering medical diagnostic and clinical tests.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of LTC experience (must include Geriatric experience) - Required
• CHARGE EXPERIENCE STRONGLY PREFERRED!
• Prior travel experience within the last 6 months - Required
• Phlebotomy, IVs, PICC lines, wound care experience - Required
• Float will be expected to Rehab & LTC units - Required
• Attest to ability to find housing and have reliable transportation - Required
• Traveler profiles MUST include a supervisory-signed reference from their CURRENT PLACEMENT
• FIRST CONSIDERATION: Travelers who have history with your agency/current employees will be given first consideration for an interview/offer
• BLS (AHA) – Required
• Covid Vaccination Required
