Urgent need for a Registered Nurse for one of our client which is a, Health Care Resource Centers

• Job Location: 200 NH-108 Somersworth, NH 03878
• Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs/week Weekends As Needed
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $60/hr

Job Description:

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
• Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts
• Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders

Position Requirements:

• 1+ Year of experience - Required
• BLS -Required
• Prior experience with SUD and/or Opioid Addicted Population - Highly Preferred
• Please ensure your traveler is aware that this is an OTP Clinic.
• Covid Vaccination Required
• NH or Compact LPN license Required
