• Job Name: Registered Nurse – Home Health
• Job Location: 2230 Ashley Crossing Drive Charleston, SC 29414
• Shift: Day (09:00 - 17:00)
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs/week
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $52/hr

Job Description:

• Administering medication to patients.
• Creating reports to track the patients' progress.
• Working with other professionals to create treatment plans.
• Cleaning and re-dressing wounds if needed.
• Measuring vital signs.

Position Requirements:

• HARD 1 YEAR REQUIREMENT IN SPECIALTY
• Minimum one (1) year experience as a RN
• COVID Vaccination Status required / Booster Status required
• Valid State License
• BLS required
