• Job Location: Hagerstown, MD 21742
• Shift: Mid 4x8-Hour (15:00 - 23:30)
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs/week
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $65/hr

Job Description:

• Promotes and restores patients’ health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient’s care.
• Directs and develops nursing staff by creating schedules, offering advice, and answering any health-related questions.
• Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staff.
• Provides physical and psychological support for patients, as well as their friends and families.
• Maintains the nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
• Assures quality of care by developing and interpreting hospital and nursing divisions.
• Enforces adherence to the state board of nursing and state nurse practice requirements.

Position Requirements:

• Must have 2 years of supervisory experience
• Must have 2-3 years of MH nursing experience
• Requires: 1.5 or 2 yrs. of Psychiatric/Behavioral Health, recent experience required
• Covid Vaccination required / Booster Status required
• MD State License required
• BLS Required
