Urgent need for RN position for one of our client which is a Hospital and Health Center,

• Specialty: Clinical Coordinator
• Job Location: Claremont, NH
• Shift: Night (12hr)
• Duration of Contract: PERM
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $35.40/hour - $46.75/hour

Job Description:

• Utilizes the nursing process.
• Coordinates the plan of care for a group of assigned patients
• Consults with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies rules guidelines and procedures.
• Performs patient care
• Delegates patient care tasks
• Supervises other patient care staff.

Position Requirements:

• BLS Certification - Required
• NH RN Licensure active at time of submission. - Required
• 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience. - Required
• Charge RN experience - Preferred
• NH State License Required
