• Job Name: Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice
• Job Location: Lansing, MI 48917
• No of weeks: 13 weeks + extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hours a week
• Shift Notes: They would be part of our weekend rotation for on call on days during the weekend (same shift time as during the week). Again, this works out to about once a month or so (and it would be Saturday/Sunday typically).

Pay rate : $46/hr

Requirements:

• 2+ Years of Hospice - Required
• Travel Experience - Highly Preferred
• Home Care Home Base - Highly Preferred
• Experience with Pain Pumps - Preferred
• MI State License - Required
• BLS - Required
• Covid Vaccine required

Job Description:

• Collaborating on terminally ill patients' care with physicians, social workers, chaplains, nursing assistants, and other stakeholders.
• Preparing and adjusting patient care plans as needed.
• Frequently visiting patients to monitor vital signs and physical comfort levels.
• Performing prescribed treatments and administering pain management medications.
