Job Description :

Urgent need for Therapist position for one of our client which is a Medical center,

• Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist
• Job Location: Lancaster, NH
• Shift: Days(7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
• Duration of Contract: PERM
• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend, 7a-7p
• On Call Requirements: will be on call 2-3 nights per week
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Shift Notes: FT and PT 3 12's days/Inpatient/Outpatient - will train

Pay rate: $30.00 - $45.00/hr

Position Requirements:

• 2 years acute care hospital experience required; critical access hospital Preferred
• Clinically Independent and experience working with all age groups - Required
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS(AHA)
• NBRC
• NH State License

Job Description:

• Monitoring patient physiological responses to therapy such as arterial blood gases, vital signs or blood chemistry, and lung function changes, and consulting with physicians if there are adverse reactions.
• Working as part of a team of health care professionals to manage patient care by assisting with medical procedures.
• Setting up and operating devices including therapeutic gas administration apparatus, mechanical ventilators, environmental control systems, and aerosol generators.
• Following specified parameters of treatment.
• Providing emergency care, such as external cardiac massage, artificial respiration, or assistance with cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
• Inspecting, testing, cleaning, and maintaining respiratory
