Urgent need for RN position for one of our client which is a Hospital and Health Center,

• Specialty: Rehabilitation - Med/Surg
• Job Location: Windsor, VT 05089
• Shift: Night (12hr)
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable
• Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend (Will float to other Units between Acute Rehab/Acute Med Surg)
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $65/hr

Job Description:

• Utilizes the nursing process.
• Coordinates the plan of care for a group of assigned patients
• Consults with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies rules guidelines and procedures.
• Performs patient care
• Delegates patient care tasks
• Supervises other patient care staff.

Position Requirements:

• 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience - Required
• May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg
• CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Previous Travel (at least 3 months) - Required
• BSN preferred
• ACLS (AHA) - Required
• BLS (AHA)- Required
• VT State License – Required (Compact Allowed)_
