Urgent need for a Therapy/Rehabilitation with our client, which is a Hospital

• Job Location:1001 East Johnson Street , Holyoke, CO 80734
• Specialty: PT Outpatient
• Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (08:00 - 18:00)
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $60/hr

Job Duties in Order of Importance:

• Assessing the rehabilitation needs of their patients
• Creating treatment plans and programs that are specific to each patient
• Analyzing their patients progress
• Keeping up to date documents on the patients progress
• Engaging patients in the therapy

Skills Required:

• Currently licensed Physical Therapist in the state of CO
• Must have graduated from an APTA accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• BLS Required
• Covid Vaccination Required
