• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 40 Hours a week

Pay rate: $50/hr

Job Description:

• Assisting clients in receiving services by telephone and in person.
• Getting clients involved in beneficial activities.
• Assessing clients and gathering relevant information.
• Offering information and supporting clients and their families.
• Contacting and making referrals to other agencies and services.

Position Requirements:

• MN- License in hand
• 1 year min experience
• COVID Vaccine Required + Booster - Medical/Religious Exemptions only
• ACLS/BLS/ CPR are ALL required
