Urgent need for a Social Worker -LMSW for one of our client which is a Hospital.

• Job Location: Pontiac, MI 48342
• Shift: Days(8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable
• Shift Notes: Monday – Friday, 8 hours shifts

Pay rate: $58/hr

Job Description:

• Assisting clients in receiving services by telephone and in person.
• Getting clients involved in beneficial activities.
• Assessing clients and gathering relevant information.
• Offering information and supporting clients and their families.
• Contacting and making referrals to other agencies and services.
• Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports.

Position Requirements:

• 2+ Years Case Management - Required
• Utilization Review - Preferred
• Insurance Authorization experience - Preferred
• CCM - Preferred
• BLS (AHA)
• Must have MI State License.
