Urgent need for a Social Worker - MSW for one of our client which is a Hospital.

• Shift: Days
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $60/hr

Job Description:

• Assisting clients in receiving services by telephone and in person.
• Getting clients involved in beneficial activities.
• Assessing clients and gathering relevant information.
• Offering information and supporting clients and their families.
• Contacting and making referrals to other agencies and services.
• Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports.

Position Requirements:

• 2 years experience -Required
• Licensed Master’s Social Worker (LMSW)
• Must have Medical/Hospital Experience (MS/ED)
• Case Manager would work primarily on the Inpatient Unit, as well as some hours in the ED and other departments as needed.
• Rural/small facility experience – Highly Preferred
• BLS - Required
• Must have NH State License.
