Job Description :

Urgent need for a Social Worker  for one of our client which is a Hospital.

• Job Location: Lewiston, ID
• Shift: Days(7:30 AM - 4:30 PM)
• Duration of Contract: PERM
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Shift Notes: 30-39 hours, MWF being required workdays and T/TH being flexible. Generally, the SW has worked a schedule ~7:30 / 8 am - 4 / 4:30pm.

Pay rate:  $30 - $40/hour

Job Description:

• Assisting clients in receiving services by telephone and in person.
• Getting clients involved in beneficial activities.
• Assessing clients and gathering relevant information.
• Offering information and supporting clients and their families.
• Contacting and making referrals to other agencies and services.
• Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports.

Position Requirements:

• Master’s degree from an accredited school of social work. Current or eligible for required state licensure. - Required
• Meets state-specific requirements, such as LCSW. - Required
• Minimum of one year of clinical social work experience, preferably in an ESRD setting. - Required
• Current CPR certification - Preferred.
• Must have ID State License.
