**Quick Start**

Urgent need for a Sterile Processing Technician for one of our client which is a Medical Center(Level II Trauma Center),

• Pay Rate: $45/hr
• Job Location: Chico, CA 95926
• Shift: PM Shift (1:00 PM – 9:30 PM)
• Duration of Contract: 8 weeks + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours:40 hrs/week

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Sterile Processing Technician experience required.
• Current BLS (CPR) Certification required.
• Current certification through CBSPD, HSPA, or equivalent preferred.
• Active state license if applicable.

Responsibilities:

• Clean, decontaminate, inspect, assemble, package, sterilize, and distribute surgical instruments and medical equipment.
• Operate and monitor sterilization equipment according to established standards.
• Ensure proper storage and inventory of sterile supplies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sterilization processes.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with infection control standards.
