Urgent need for a Certified Sterile Processing Tech for one of our client which is a Medical Center

Job Location: 1501 W Chisholm St Alpena, MI 49707

Shift: Days (7A - 3P or 8A - 4P (Can do 8 or 10 hour shifts)

Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable

Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs

Minimum years of experience: 2 year

Pay rate: $30/hr

Job Description:

• Collecting used and contaminated equipment, instruments, and supplies for sorting and decontamination.
• Manually cleaning supplies of contaminants, removing waste matter, and operating and maintaining decontamination equipment.
• Preparing and packing decontaminated supplies for sterilization.
• Monitoring and operating sterilization equipment.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience - Required
• High School Diploma or GED - Required
• SPD Cert - Required
• Travel - Highly Preferred
• Covid Vaccine Required
• BLS Required
