Urgent need for a Supervisor - Social Work for one of our client which is a Mental Hospital.
- Job Location: Southgate, MI 48195
- Shift: Days(8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Shift Notes: Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.,Develop schedule with supervisor and work at least 4 hours each week after 5:00. Full-time staff must provide 23 hours of billable service per week.

Pay rate: Annual Salary: $70,000 - $93,000
Job Description:
- Assisting clients in receiving services by telephone and in person.
- Getting clients involved in beneficial activities.
- Assessing clients and gathering relevant information.
- Offering information and supporting clients and their families.
- Contacting and making referrals to other agencies and services.
- Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports.
Position Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in one of the mental health professions. - Required.
- Two or more years of experience in the delivery of mental health to children and families. - Required.
- Must have full State of Michigan Licensure: LMSW, LLP, or LPC - Required.
- Must have adequate knowledge of the community mental health service delivery system.
- Must have excellent organizational and attention to detail skills in order to track and prepare data accurately and timely.
- Additional requirements include: a nonjudgmental approach that reflects cultural competency and sensitivity to the unique needs and diverse experiences of individual families, effective interpersonal communication skills, and a willingness to be flexible, patient and creative.
- Must have the ability to appropriately handle crisis situations.
- Cannot accept candidates who are on student/work visas, and/or require sponsorship to work in the U.S. at this time.
