**Quick Start**

We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist / Scrub Tech for one of our client which is a Hospital

• Pay Rate: $40/hr
• Job Location: Arcata, CA 95518
• Shift: Monday-Friday day shift, some shared call
• Duration of Contract: 17 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hours/week

Submissions must include:

• Current Surgical Technologist/Scrub Technologist certification
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Ability to perform Endoscopy cases

Housing:

Travelers may explore furnished housing options in Arcata, McKinleyville, Blue Lake, Eureka, and other communities within approximately 25 miles of Arcata.

Job Duties in Order of Importance:

• Prepare operating and procedure rooms for surgical and endoscopy cases.
• Assist surgeons, physicians, and nursing staff during procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure proper instrumentation.
• Perform duties for both surgical and GI/endoscopy procedures.
• Participate in shared evening and weekend on-call coverage.
• Follow hospital policies and patient safety standards.
