Urgent need for position Surgical Technologist for one of our client which is a Hospital,

• Pay rate: $52/hr
• Job Location: Atlantic, IA 50022
• Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM + Rotating Call
• Contract Weeks: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40Hrs

Requirements:

• BLS/BCLS certification required
• Less than 1 year of experience accepted
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred

Job description:

• Assist the RN and surgical team with limited direct patient care
• Prepare and manage surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment
• Anticipate surgeon needs based on procedure knowledge
• Establish and maintain a sterile field throughout procedures
• Clean, prepare, and sterilize surgical instruments
• Assist with operating room turnover between cases
