Urgent need for a Surgical Technologist for one of our client which is a Hospital,

• Pay Rate: $58/hr
• Job Location: Vail CO 81658
• Shift Information: Days
• Number of Weeks: 13Weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 32

Position Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) program and/or licensed Surgical Technologist.
• Active Colorado Surgical Technologist license required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
• Minimum 1 year of Surgical Tech experience.
• Working knowledge of sterile technique, surgical procedures, anatomy, and instrumentation..
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operating room environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain sterile and aseptic technique throughout surgical procedures.
• Prepare, check, and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
• Monitor the sterile field and take appropriate corrective action when contamination occurs.
• Assist with surgical procedures and instrumentation.
• Participate in surgical Time-Outs, briefings, and debriefings.
• Assist with patient transport, room preparation, and room turnovers.
