**Quick Start**

We are seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) – Trauma Surgical ICU to provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill surgical and trauma patients in the 5 West Trauma Surgical Intensive Care Unit.

• Pay Rate:$62/hour
• Location: Cleveland OH 44109
• Shift: NIGHTS Weekends and holidays required
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Qualifications:

• Current, valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) only.
• Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) only.
• At least 1 year of Trauma ICU or Surgical ICU experience.
• Experience caring for critically ill surgical and trauma patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans.
• Assess patient conditions and administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor telemetry patients and recognize changes or complications.
• Collaborate with physicians, patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide patient education, health counseling, and discharge planning.
