Job Description :

Urgent need for a LNA for one of our client which is Nursing home .

• Job Location: Rutland, VT 05702
• Shift: Nights (10:00 PM-6:00 AM)
• Duration of Contract: 9weeks + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 38 hrs/week

Pay rate: $25/hr

Job Description:

• Obtains and records Vital Signs and weights per policy;
• Participates in the care planning process and implements care according to care plan;
• Provide hands on patient/client care;
• Grooming of patient/client;
• Uses Standard precautions when caring for all patients. Adheres to contact and or droplet precautions as indicated;
• Feeds or assists patients with meals and provides additional nourishment and hydration per care plan;

Position Requirements:

• BLS - Required
• 2 years experience - Required
• VT State license Required
• Covid Vaccine Required
