Quick Start*

Urgent need for a LNA for one of our client which is Nursing home.

• Job Location: Rutland, VT 05702
• Shift: Night Shift ( 10:00 PM- 06:00 AM)
• Duration of Contract: 9 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs/week
• NOTE: every other weekend required Must have own transportation ALL RTO must be approved prior to contract signature

Pay rate: $28/hr

Job Description:

• Obtains and records Vital Signs and weights per policy;
• Participates in the care planning process and implements care according to care plan;
• Provide hands on patient/client care;
• Grooming of patient/client;
• Uses Standard precautions when caring for all patients. Adheres to contact and or droplet precautions as indicated;
• Feeds or assists patients with meals and provides additional nourishment and hydration per care plan;

Position Requirements:

• 2+ year exprience Required
• BLS - Required
• VT State license Required
• Covid Vaccine Required
