Looking for Phlebotomist one of our client which is Hospital,

• Pay: $30 /hour
• Location: Anaconda, MT 59711
• Shift: 10 hour shifts - variable hours
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hrs

Requirements:

• Experience as a phlebotomist (less than one year of experience accepted).
• Strong venipuncture and specimen collection skills.
• Willingness to work alternating weekends and holidays.
• Experience with EPIC is preferred.
• Montana state license not required.

Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection for patients of all ages.
• Accurately label, process, and transport specimens according to laboratory protocols.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort while providing exceptional customer service.
• Follow infection control, safety, and quality assurance standards.
• Document patient and specimen information using the EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff and healthcare providers to ensure timely specimen collection.
• Float to hospital-based clinics as needed.
