Urgent need for a LPN / LVN for one of our client which is a Hospital.

• Job Location: Newport, NH 03773
• Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs/week (Monday-Friday)
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $35/hr

Job Description:

• Monitor patient’s vitals and record them in their file
• Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of each patient, including bathing, feeding and dressing
• Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks, such as administering medication
• Update patient records in a confidential manner
• Evaluate the patient’s wellbeing, reporting any needs to medical staff

Position Requirements:

• 2+ years LPN experience in Clinic Setting
• Experience with patients of all ages - Required
• Previous travel experience - Preferred
• Assignment is at Newport Health Center Rehab Clinic
• New Hampshire Compact Allowed
• BLS Certification
