**Quick Start**

Urgent need for a LPN / LVN for one of our client which is a Clinic

• Job Location: Petoskey, MI 49770,
• Shift: Night(11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs/week
• Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend including holiday rotation if scheduled
• Minimum years of experience: 1 year

Pay rate: $40/hr

Job Description:

• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
• Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
• Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provides routine care for patients.
• Observes patients’ health

Position Requirements:

• At least two years of SNF/LTC, Med Surg experience
• BLS - Required
• MI License - Required
• Temp contracts/Travel experience desired
• Covid Vaccine -Required
