We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) to provide healthcare services to the male population at a correctional facility.

• Pay rate: $70/hr
• Job Location: Caldwell, OH 43724
• Shift: Day Shift
• Duration of Contract: 6 Months + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs
• Shift Note : Four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts, Weekdays only, No, Evenings, weekends, or holidays

Position Requirements:,

• Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner.
• Active Ohio NP license required.
• Minimum 1 year of NP experience in primary care or hospital medicine.
• Healthcare-professional-level BLS/CPR certification required.
• DEA certification required as applicable to the assignment.
• US Passport or Naturalization card if born outside US
• ANCC Certificate

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to the male patient population at the correctional facility.
• Perform physical examinations, medical assessments, and health evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
