Job Description :

Urgent need for a LPN / LVN for one of our client which is a Medical Center.

• Job Location: 8 Clover Lane, Whitefield, NH 03598
• Shift: Days
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs/week
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $40/hr

Job Description:

• Monitor patient’s vitals and record them in their file
• Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of each patient, including bathing, feeding and dressing
• Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks, such as administering medication
• Update patient records in a confidential manner
• Evaluate the patient’s wellbeing, reporting any needs to medical staff

Position Requirements:

• 2 years CURRENT Medical Office experience - Required
• MUST BE VERY ORGANIZED! 
• Phone triage experience required
• Must be able to room patients
• Vaccination experience required
• Rural hospital experience - Required
• BLS Certification Required
• New Hampshire Compact Allowed
