Job Description :

Urgent need for a LVN/LPN for one of our client which is a Hospital

• Job Name: LVN/LPN
• Job Location: 1520 NE Riddell Road Suite 110 Bremerton, WA 98310
• Shift: Days(5:00 AM - 1:30 PM)
• No of weeks: 13
• Guaranteed hours:40hrs

Pay rate: $44/hr

Job Description:

• Administer daily medication to patients in accordance with program policy and medical protocols.
• Use automated dispensing system(s), calibrate pump and maintain dispensing equipment
• Provide daily assessment of patients
• Produce and maintain appropriate records and reports as required by Company protocol, Federal and State Regulations
• Ensure compliance with security standards for the distribution and storage of controlled substances as set forth in the Code of Federal regulations
• Order, receive and stock medication in accordance with DEA and State regulations. (If granted Power of Attorney)

Requirements:

• 1+ Years of Medication Administration Experience - Required
• BLS - Required
• WA State License Required
• Covid-19 Vaccination Required
