Urgent need for a LPN / LVN for one of our client which is a Addiction treatment center,

• Job Location: 908 W Chandler Blvd Chandler, AZ 85225
• Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs/week (Every other Saturday)
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $40/hr

Job Description:

• Monitor patient’s vitals and record them in their file
• Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of each patient, including bathing, feeding and dressing
• Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks, such as administering medication
• Update patient records in a confidential manner
• Evaluate the patient’s wellbeing, reporting any needs to medical staff

Position Requirements:

• 1+ Year of experience - Required
• BLS - Required
• Must be able to draw blood - Required.
• Please ensure your traveler is aware that this is an OTP Clinic.
• Covid Vaccination Required
• AZ or Compact LPN license Required
