**Quick Start**

Urgent need for a LPN / LVN for one of our client which is a Clinic.

• Job Location: 75 Crescent Ave Chelsea, MA 02150
• Shift: Days (5:30 AM - 1:30 PM)
• Duration of Contract:13 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 40hr guaranteed
• Shift Notes: Sunday coverage needed 5:30am - 11:30am
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $42/hr

Job Description:

• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs
• Adjust specialized medical equipment as needed, as well as interpret and record measurements
• Monitor patients’ vitals and report adverse reactions to medications in a timely manner
• Collaborate on discharge planning with the healthcare team
• Answer questions and educate patients and their families on surgical procedures and post-surgery care

Position Requirements:

• 1+ Year of Medication Administration - Required
• Opioid Addiction Center Experience - Highly Preferred
• BLS - Required
• MA State License Required
• Covid Vaccine - Required
