**Quick Start**

We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a clinic assignment.

• Job Location: Waimea, HI 96796
• Shift Information: Day Shift (8am-6pm)
• Number of Weeks: 13
• Hours Requirement: 80 hours every two weeks (no exceptions)

Pay Rate: $60/hr

Position Requirements:

• Active LPN license
• Prior clinic/outpatient experience
• Experience in Family Practice, Behavioral Health, or Internal Medicine preferred
• Willingness to assist at other clinic locations if needed
