**Quick Start**

Seeking an experienced LPN for Medical-Surgical/Observation unitsfor one of our client which is a Hospital.

• Pay Rate: $48/hr
• Job Location: Zanesville, OH 43701
• Shift : Night shift (7p - 7:30a) with every third weekend required.
• Number of Weeks: 13
• Guaranteed Hours: 36Hrs

Position Requirements:

• Active Ohio LPN License
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of current/recent hospital experience
• IV Certification – required

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to hospitalized patients.
• Manage a patient assignment of approximately 5 patients with RN oversight.
• Monitor patient conditions and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Read and interpret Telemetry as required.
• Float between Med-Surg units based on facility needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR.
