**Quick Start**

We are seeking experienced LPN – Post Acute LTC for one of our client which is a Nursing home.

• Pay Rate: $46/hr
• Job Location: Haverhill, MA 01830
• Shift : Day Shift 7a-3p / Evening Shift 3p-11p
• Number of Weeks: 13
• Guaranteed Hours:40Hrs

Position Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts LPN license
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Long-Term Care/Post-Acute experience preferred
• BLS/BCLS certification
• Current CPR/AED certification

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing setting.
• Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in health status.
• Administer medications and treatments safely according to provider orders.
• Develop, implement, and update care plans.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic medical records.
