Urgent need for a LPN / LVN for one of our client which is a Hospital .

• Job Location: Lawton, OK 73505
• Specialty: Med Surg
• Shift: 6:45P - 7:15A (12 Hour Nights)
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 36hr guarantee
• Minimum years of experience: 1 Year

Pay rate: $30/hr

Job Description:

• Studying patients' medical history, test results, and treatment plans.
• Tracking routine heart rate, blood pressure, and pulse oximetry measurements.
• Monitoring, interpreting, and recording data from specialized medical technologies and equipment.
• Administering medication and performing treatment interventions in consultation with healthcare specialists.

Position Requirements:

• Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
• 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
• Licensure & Certifications (OK State License or compact & BLS - AHA, NIH, ACLS - AHA Preferred)
• Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will consider local candidates at a reduced rate)
• Must be able to work some of the holidays while on assignment
• Recent traveler experience - highly preferred
