**Quick Start**

Urgent need for a LPN / LVN for one of our client which is a Hospital .

• Job Location: Lawton, OK 73505
• Specialty: Med Surg
• Shift: Nights ((7:00P - 7:00A )
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks
• Minimum years of experience: 1 year

Pay rate: 35/hr

Note:$ 500 completion bonus for 13 week contract. Weekend On Call Rotation No more than 2 call out's and no NCNS or tardiness issues or the bonus will be voided

Note : Travelers highly preferred

Job Description:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals.
• Evaluating medical information, as well as providing direct and individualized bedside nursing care to pre-and post-surgery patients.
• Preparing, administering and recording prescribed medications.
• Changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs.

Position Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience - Required
• Must be able to work some of the holidays while on assignment
• Recent traveler experience - highly preferred
• Can obtain NIH after offer
• BLS ( (AHA)- Required
• OK State License Required (Compact Allowed)
• Covid Vaccine - Required
